Mar 31, 2025 | High School News

In Mr. Ruley’s weightlifting class, high school students dive into the world of strength training with enthusiasm and determination. Under his expert guidance, they learn the importance of proper form to prevent injuries and maximize effectiveness. Each session is an opportunity to push their limits and strive for new personal bests, whether it’s lifting more weight or performing additional reps. The class fosters an environment of encouragement and camaraderie, where students support one another in their fitness journeys. As they build physical strength, they also develop mental resilience, learning that persistence and discipline are key to achieving their goals. Mr. Ruley not only teaches them about weightlifting techniques but also instills a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness.
