Rootstown High School

Principal’s Message

Dear Rootstown High School Community,

Welcome to the highly anticipated 2023-2024 school year! I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey together with all of you. The upcoming year promises to be a time of growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences.

At Rootstown High School, we take great pride in our community, and I am continuously amazed by the incredible achievements of our students and staff. As we enter this new academic year, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the opportunities that lie ahead. Together, we will embrace challenges, celebrate successes, and create a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

Rootstown High School has always been known for its strong values, and this year is no exception. We are Rovers who exemplify responsibility, respect, and being role models. These qualities define our character and guide our actions. Let us continue to demonstrate responsibility by taking ownership of our education and personal growth. By treating others with respect and kindness, we can have a school building full of learning and excitement. As role models, we inspire others through our actions, showing integrity, leadership, and compassion.

I encourage each student to explore their passions, challenge themselves academically, and engage in extracurricular activities. Our school offers a multitude of opportunities to expand your horizons and develop valuable skills that will shape your future. Together, we will create memories and forge friendships that will last a lifetime.

As your principal, I am committed to supporting each and every one of you. I encourage open communication and collaboration, and my door is always open. Together with our dedicated staff, I will work tirelessly to ensure that Rootstown High School remains a safe, nurturing, and dynamic learning environment.

Let us embrace the 2023-2024 school year with enthusiasm, determination, and a shared vision for success. I am excited to witness the growth and accomplishments that await us. Together, as Rootstown Rovers, we will make this year one to remember.

Let’s have a great school year and GO ROVERS!
