Principal’s Message
Welcome to Rootstown Middle School!
I am excited to serve as the Principal of RMS and to work alongside our students, families, and staff as we continue to build a positive and supportive learning community. I have been a proud staff member in this district since 2016, and I am thrilled to continue my educational career in administration!
Middle school is an important time in a student’s life. It is a period of growth, exploration, and discovery as students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Our goal is to create an environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported while preparing them for success in high school and beyond.
At Rootstown Middle School, we are committed to providing engaging learning experiences, fostering meaningful relationships, and encouraging students to take pride in their achievements. We believe that strong partnerships between school and home are essential to student success, and we encourage families to stay connected and involved throughout the school year.
Thank you for your continued support of Rootstown Middle School. I look forward to working together to make this a successful and rewarding year for every student.
Sincerely,
Allie Ayers
